Can't get past charcter selection! Empty Can't get past charcter selection!

Every time i click my character my screen goes black then the error number 98 pops up so i must have a glitched item on my character or something and can some1 help as soon as possible my ign is: Riley


Edit: now all my characters are doing the same thing
