@<AP> commands.

I would like to propose that it is made possible for the @<AP> (i.e. @str/dex/int/luk) commands to not only add AP, but also remove it (e.g. @str -8).
Many other private servers have this function, and it will give people the ability to lower that annoying 12str/5dex to 4/4 and get some extra points.
