Dropping rare items

I don't think GMs should drop rare items like HT pendants because it kind of defeats the purpose to killing HT. I mean if the GM were to summon HT and the necklaces drop, that's fine. But just any item that you can't normally get. I'm not talking about like ice-cream bars and stuff like that, obviously any GM wouldn't drop that. Stuff like : HT pendants, Z-helms, any bandana, pendant, and so forth.

no gm does that, if they do they get in trouble, they host events for rare items (well i do) or scrolling, were NOT allowed to give otu things like taht.

Well iAce dropped HT pendants but I guess it was OK because we had an HT event, and it didn't drop anything.
