Auto Skill Maxer

My suggestion is to make an auto skill maxer
This will reduce future lagg because of you db being overloaded with skills (low lvl acounts wich have there skills maxed and then stop playing)
So my suggestion is to split up the skill maxer inside the src instead of a NPC
This can be done at the changeJob() part inside MapleCharacter.java (if your server is Java)
