rollback - cant save

Hi, I'm new to this server and am having many d/c issues. I frequently get the error 38 : end of file message
everytime i either quit, or get d/ced, when i log back in i have lost all my items and gone back to my previous level when i started.
i have heard this is called rollback, and to use the command @save , so i tried using @save + running as administrator + whatever , but still every time maple closes everything is gone.
is this because of a server update or something? i heard there might be a server wipeout to change sources , if so can someone tell me when it will be?
your help to what i can do to solve my problem is greatfully appreciated, thanks in advance

I have frequently got the Error 38 : End of File Message too, but I never got rollback.
You should just follow these steps.

Try to stay out of FM if there is a lot of people. When you are at FM, do not use any effects or skills. Don't attack either.
When you leave or finished doing whatever your doing, just type @save and log out safely. Then log back on and you shouldn't get roll back.
